EDP wins concession for Fridao, Alvito plants

Energais de Portugal (EDP) has be named as the winning bidder for the 65-year operating concession for two hydro plants – Fridao and Alvito – in Portugal for a Euro161.7M (US$257M) offer in addition to the base value of Euro70M (US$111M).
