To be held from 15-16 April 2010 in Montreal, Canada, SMALL HYDRO 2010 has been organized to bring together delegates from government, industry and client organizations to discuss the most important issues in the small hydro arena.

Next year's agenda will be even more focused, with speakers addressing key topics including:

• Financing
• Site selection
• Planning and permitting
• Development
• Construction
• Partnerships
• Maintenance
• International case studies

Are you interested in sharing your experiences with colleagues and presenting your experiences on any of the above topics? If so, send an abstract of up to 300 words to Frances Parker at the contact details below no later than 23rd October 2009.

Please note: Places on the conference agenda are strictly limited. Late submissions will not be considered.

Selected participants will be contacted by the end of October to finalise the details of their study. Conference papers should be written and presented in English. The author or co-author of each accepted paper will be expected to attend the conference to present their work.
