China Hydroelectric closes sale of small hydro plant

The sale has resulted in $11.3M net proceeds to the Company after the assumption of debt by Mr. You Lang Fei, the project’s buyer.

The company had previously announced the sale of the hydroelectric project in December 2011. Following the sale, China Hydroelectric Corp’s total installed capacity has decreased to 547.8MW.
