Consortium to construct Khanki Barrage in Pakistan

The project involves construction of a new barrage at Khanki on the River Chenab. The new barrage will include a main gated weir approximately 300m downstream of the existing weir, a new regulator with six 9m bays and a barrage with two abutments and 62 piers. A 1.3km bridge will be constructed over the main barrage with two fish ladders either side for fish migration.
