Engineering and management consultant Mott MacDonald and capital project consultant Franklin + Andrews - each with core businesses in the water and environment sectors - have joined forces to strengthen and expand the project delivery capabilities of both companies.
Franklin + Andrews' business covers all aspects of management consultancy, project management and commercial management of capital asset development - from initial concept and planning, through construction, to operation of the built facility. Mott MacDonald's water and environment business also spans the entire development cycle, with the added inclusion of water resources planning and policy development, design engineering, site supervision and commissioning, environmental assessment, institutional development and advisory services to banks and governments for private sector participation.
