After months of negotiations with federal, state and local government agencies, along with interested citizen groups, PacifiCorp is making tentative agreements about issues such as flood management, recreation and day-use fees.
The agreements will go to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission who will make final decisions about PacifiCorp's relicensing requirements.
