Drainage pumps

15 January 2004

Grindex drainage pumps can be immersed to depths of 20m and operate unsupervised at temperatures of up to 40oC and within an acidity range of pH5-8, pumping groundwater and raw water containing particles up to the size of strainer holes, says the company.

Its sludge pump range is designed for water containing solids up to the size of the pump inlet opening diameter, as well as abrasive particles, mud, sludge and light slurry. Grindex also produces a series of lightweight, portable Tuff Line pumps, specialised for unforeseen situations like flooded excavations. The three models in the line have pumping capacity ranges from 385-690l/min.
