The Finnish materials company said the move was a disposal of non-core assets from its portfolio. However, part of the deal involves continued supplies of energy to the company's facilities in Turin.
The divestment should result in a one-time gain of approximately Euro 4M (US$5.23M) in the first quarter of this year.
