The Bank’s participation is equivalent to 74% of the project’s total R$ 167.8M (US$90.4M) investment.

BNDES has also approved R$120.4M (US$64.9M) of funds for Goiás Sul Geração de Energia S/A to build two small hydropwer – Nova Aurorax (21 MW) and Goiandira (27 MW) on the Veríssimo river, south east Goiás.
