Organised by the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMECHE) this one day event will address recent developments that significantly improve design, manufacture, cost leadtimes, energy efficiency and reliability.
A call for papers has been released for the event. A 150-word synopsis is invited on the following topics:
• Current projects – Description, specification, design improvements, innovation, performance of hydroelectric plant.
• Rehabilitation – Approach and scope of rehabilitation, implementation of rehabilitation, design improvements and upgrading case studies
• Power recovery – Description, specification and performance of power recovery plant.
Synopsis should be sent by 5 May 2004.
