Iran to increase hydro capacity in Georgia

The Tehran Times reported that Iranian Minister Majid Namjoo met with Georgian Counterpart Alexander Khetaguri to discuss the terms of the proposed projects, which are expected to be built by Sanir Company of Iran.

To be located in western Georgia, the plants will cost approximately Eur 60M, to be financed by the Export Development Bank of Iran.
