'Acres productive Technologies, or APT as it was more familiarly called, outgrew its name,' said David Toole, president of the company. 'We looked for a name that would be understood in all countries of the world, and would never need to be translated. We also wanted a name that better conveys the dynamic forward-looking nature of the company.'
