New hydro planned for Malaysia

According to local media, the projects - the 250MW Hulu Terengganu and 372MW Hulu Jelai schemes – will be built simultaneously and are expected to be complete in 2014.

Tenaga Nasional has already received approval from the Terengganu Forestry Department to start the forest clearing work.
