New report on UK utilities

NEW RESEARCH FROM THE Chartered Institute of Marketing has investigated how the deregulated, competitive environment in the utilities sector has forced the UK’s multi-utilities companies to become marketing focused.

Entitled Transformation in the Utilities Market, the 70-page report documents the transformation of some ‘business fossils’ to global brands, and examines threats to the future of UK multi-utilities.
