SJVN to invest in new hydro, other renewables

According to reports from Business Standard, the company will invest Rs15,000-16,000 in the expansion plan, which includes the 412MW Rampur project and the 775MW Luhri project in Himachal Pradesh. The company is also involved in three projects in Uttarakhand: the 252MW Devsari project (252 Mw), 45MW Jakhol Sankri project and the 59MW Naitwar Mori hydroelectric scheme.

SJVN is also involved in hydro schemes in Bhutan and Nepal.
