SMEC will carry out the hydraulic and geotechnical design, review structural design and assist in the project management, with the 4x111MW project likely to commence from May 2010.
The project is part of the integrated development of the hydroelectric potential of the Bhagirathi and Alaknanda Rivers and their tributaries.
