The plant - the world's largest hydroelectric project at 22.5GW capacity - reportedly generated 98.8B kWh in 2014, up from 83.7B kWh in 2013 and 98.1B kWh in 2012. In 2013, the 14GW Itaipu scheme generated 98.6B kWh.
