The contract covers a wide scope of services such as support for water resources projects associated with the California Bay-Delta and flood control for California's Central Valley.
Service areas include: NEPA/CEQA compliance, water availability studies, water quality, natural resources planning, economic studies, water rights support, endangered species and cultural resources assessments, and Native American affairs. Engineering support services may be provided for water storage, treatment systems, or hydroelectric power facilities.
