Only those with facilities to include a river landing access for barges and located no further than 121km from the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Huntington District office will be considered for award.
This procurement may result in multiple awards, at least two contracts may be awarded with a not-to-exceed value of US$5M each. These will be indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity constracts with a base period and four option years. The contract type will be a firm fixed price, competitively bidded.
The deadline for bids is 15 December.
