WAPDA in tender call for Dasu exploratory adits

WAPDA has set a deadline of 14 November for the submission of tenders at its Planning Office in Lahore, and bids are expected to be opened the same day.

Works required under the tenders involve excavation of two horseshoe-shaped adits, 3m high by 2.5m wide, each for a distance of 125m. One adit is to be driven in the left bank of the project site on the river Indus, the other exploratory bore on the right bank.

The Dasu project is to be built on the Indus near Dasu City in Kohistan district.
