Alstom to work on El Quimbo project, Colombia

A consortium formed by Alstom and Colombian assembly company Schrader Camargo has signed a contract with Endesa subsidiary Emgesa for the supply and assembly of electromechanical equipment for the 400MW El Quimbo hydro power plant. The total value of the contract is EUR 90M.

DaTang Guanyinyan Hydropower Development Co. Ltd has awarded Alstom a contract worth approximately 70 million for the supply of three 600MW Francis turbine generator units to the new Guanyinyan hydropower station on the Jinsha River in Yunnan province, China.
