Bhutan – Remote operated vehicle needed
The Chhukha Hydro Power Corporation Limited, a Royal Government of Bhutan undertaking, would like to inspect the internal conditions of its water conductor system, namely the D-shaped, 4.9m equivalent diameter and 6513m long head race tunnel, the 12m internal diameter x 76.47m high surge shaft and two 3m x 528m inclined pressure shafts. Since dewatering of these tunnels/shafts is not possible, it is intended to inspect with the help of Remote operated vehicles (ROV).
