The device, which was reportedly equipped with a detonator, was discovered in the turbine hall on Wednesday night when searches were conducted following the fire. According to reports, the explosives and the fire were not connected, with the cause of the fire confirmed as a technical fault.
The bomb was deactivated by the Federal Security Service.
