According to newswire reports, Fu Ziying, visiting vice minister of commerce of China and Rameshore Prasad Khanal, secretary of the Ministry of Finance in Nepal, signed the agreements yesterday in Kathmandu.
Construction work on the hydro scheme is expected to be completed within the next four years.
