Professional services company GHD and HARC are teaming up to support WaterNSW in managing 17 rural dams across the state. The collaboration aims to enhance the long-term sustainability and resilience of these vital water assets.
GHD, with its extensive expertise in dam safety management, including engineering analysis and risk assessments, will take the lead on this project. Over the next two and a half years, GHD and HARC will work in close coordination to deliver a comprehensive portfolio risk assessment. This assessment will play a pivotal role in guiding future investments for the maintenance of these crucial water infrastructure assets.

HARC's Director, Peter Hill, also emphasized the organization's commitment to supporting WaterNSW: "HARC is excited to continue working with WaterNSW on this significant project. We are pleased to contribute our specialist skills in dam safety risk assessment to help WaterNSW in their essential role as owner and operator of these significant assets."
Both GHD and HARC have a proven track record of success in conducting assessments for WaterNSW assets, further highlighting their capability in this field.
