According to reports from Bloomberg, the plant would be developed by Cennergi Pty Ltd, a joint venture between India’s Tata Power Co and South Africa’s Exxaro.
Mayoko is expected to start production in 2013, and there is potential for hydro development at the site, a company spokesman said.
