Madhucon will reportedly operate the projects for 35 years.

Indian infrastructure development company Madhucon Projects Limited has been contracted by Uttarakhand Jal Vidyut Nigam Limited to develop three new hydro power projects on a build, operate and transfer (BOT) basis.
The projects – Agastyamuni, Tilwara-I, and Tilwara-II – have a capacity of 25MW each and are located on the Mandakini, a tributary of the River Alaknanda in Rudrapryag district.
Madhucon will reportedly operate the projects for 35 years.
