McMillen has appointed Merry Dang as its Market Lead for Canada, a move the company says will support its expanding work in the country’s water and hydropower infrastructure sector.
Dang brings more than 20 years of experience in client relations and over a decade in hydropower, dam engineering, and nuclear energy. In her new role, she will guide McMillen’s Canadian market strategy and serve as a local point of connection between clients and the firm’s technical teams.
Throughout her career, Dang has worked in market development, client engagement, and partnership building for infrastructure projects across Canada. She is also active in several industry organizations, including the Canadian Dam Association, Ontario Waterpower Association, WaterPower Canada, and the International Commission on Large Dams (ICOLD).
