The study was commissioned by the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority (YDNPA), which now plans to inform landowners and communities about the potential projects.
The potential project supporters will receive information from IHT’s study that gives potential power outputs as well as economic viability plus preliminary assessments of environmental and regulatory requirements to be satisfied for each location.
