With this enterprise-wide blended training program designed by The Mosaic Company, more than 1900 BC Hydro employees will be educated on new work management supply chain systems including Indus' PassPort enterprise asset management application and ClickSoftware's resource and scheduling tool.
Training will be designed for the distribution, transmission, generation, field services, engineering services, corporate groups, and shared services business units.
Prior to contracting with BC Hydro to develop this program, The Mosaic Company performed a front end analysis to assess its readiness and requirements for training to ensure a successful implementation.
The Mosaic Company developed a plan for BC Hydro to integrate employee training to maximise the quality and efficiency of PassPort and related processes.
'The Mosaic Company has shown an exceptionally strong aptitude for developing and delivering enterprise-wide training for the energy and utility industry - especially on Indus PassPort,' said Clint Morse, president and CEO of The Mosaic Company. 'This is our tenth major program on Indus applications in the past two years. We credit this success to our unique methodology and ability to adapt our approach to clients' culture with minimal disruption to their workforce.'
'We are looking forward to working together with the experienced Mosaic team to develop a highly effective training solution in preparation for our implementation in April 2003,' added Lindsay McCracken, training project lead for BC Hydro.
