Consortium to build Vranduk plant, Bosnia-Herzegovina

A consortium led by Austrian group Strabag and including Croation company Koncar is to build the 20MW Vranduk power plant on the river Bosna in Bosnia-Herzegovina.

In a € 57 million contract awarded by JP Elektroprivreda BiH, the consortium will be responsible for the planning of the power station, the construction, supply and installation of all plant and equipment - including three Kaplan turbines - and testing and commissioning.
