Help climate scientists understand past rainfall variations

26 March 2020

If you’re in isolation with a bit of spare time on your hands, maybe consider helping Rainfall Rescue digitise historical rainfall records in the UK, so that climate scientists can help water companies plan for dry and wet weather in future.

Volunteers are needed to help recover 4 million rainfall observations dating back to the 1820s.

On http://rainfallrescue.org you can help transcribe the measurements from a particular year.
