Concrete mixing technology worth over US$20M will be provided for the project, which involves the construction of a 140m RCC dam that will require 4.5Mm3 of cooled concrete.
Four Betomix 4.5 B-R/DW concrete mixing plants will ensure a minimum output of 720m3 an hour for the Son La project. Suitable temporary material stores, conveying equipment, control systems, moisture measurement systems and refrigerator systems will also be supplied.
