Gerard Ridzon has been appointed vice president of business development, with Margaret Edwards as corporate marketing manager at the Winchester, Massachusetts offices. Aydin Tlader joins the Oakland, California office as senior structural and hydraulic engineer, while Joseph Green-Heffern takes up position as senior project manager in the Englewood, Colorado site.
• GEMS SENSORS OF THE UK has appointed Craig Hill as managing director. Hill will be responsible for progressing the company's investment in new product development and continuous improvement in efficiency. The company has also appointed Steve Dowling as managing director of Gems Europe. Dowling joins the company from Solartron Mobrey, where he was managing director.
