Platinum Power and CFHEC team up for new hydro

Morocco's Platinum Power is partnering with China’s CFHEC to develop a new hydropower plant in central Morocco, Reuters has reported.

The 108MW plant is expected to cost about $300 million to build and will be financed by both firms.

The two companies have reportedly also agreed to work on other power projects in Africa.
