India’s National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC) in Haryana is to implement the 3x100MW Chamera stage II hydro project in Nimachel Pradesh state. The scheme involves the construction of:

•A 39m high gravity dam.

•A 340m long diversion tunnel of a 9m diameter.

•An underground powerhouse.

•A 7860m long power tunnel.

•A 3600m long tailrace tunnel.

•All associated infrastructural works.
