Representatives of Pakistan’s Ministry of Water and Power, and Qatar’s Ministry of Energy, are expected to sign a formal MOU this week that will see the countries identify new sources of financing for hydro, and explore opportunities to build new projects and rehabilitate existing schemes.
The agreement is expected to last for three years.
