Power Machines has announced the launch of a new initiative that will identify promising employees with the potential to become leading engineers and chief designers of projects.

The Engineering Leadership Program will be run over one and half year periods, during which staff will be trained in various divisions of the company. The goal is that participants will increase their level of technical and managerial competencies, develop skills of personal effectiveness by solving cross-functional tasks and implement their own project for the development and modernization of the product.

Employees who successfully pass the program will be considered as leading engineers and will then be held in personnel reserve for managerial positions in the design bureau.
