Angola’s official news agency has reported that Russian company Alrosa Diamond has proposed the rehabilitation of a hydroelectric power station in Angola’s diamond- mining province of Lunda-Sul.
The rehabilitation work is estimated to cost US$35M and is expected to be completed in three years.
A delegation of Russian officials, including the vice minister of finance and the chair of Alrosa, visited Angola in September.
