The news service quoted a Russian economics ministry official as saying that firms from the country will tender for the deal to construct the La Parota project, which is located near Acapulco.
Russian company Power Machines has previously been involved with projects in Mexico, the news service noted. The company won the tender to supply equipment to the soon to be complete La Yesca project on the Santiago River.
