WSP has announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire global engineering and consulting firm Golder Associates, with the deal expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2021.
WSP said the acquisition is aligned with its 2019-2021 Global Strategic Plan, and positions its strategic Environment platform to capitalize on Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) trends.
