Roctest Ltd, a designer and manufacturer of high-precision sensors for the civil engineering market, has announced it has agreed to acquire the assets of Geomation Inc, of Denver, Colorado. Geomation's field data acquisition and control solutions help customers take physical measurements in harsh and remote environments.
