Steel Structures are first sand blasted to remove all surface contaminants and are then subsequently fabricated into is various modular groups. After fabrication, a trial form-fit test is conducted to prevent any job-site modifications. A Jotun paint coat thickness of 150µm is added consisting of both Epoxy primer and Polyurethane coats. Steel Structure that have a high chance of corrosion are hot dipped galvanized to increase its service life. Lastly, as product reliability is a key factor in satisfying customer's expectations, LCT chooses only reliable components from leading European manufacturers such as Brevini, ABAC, Norgren, Watt Drive, etc.
