Our plants are designed in modular format and can be easily transported across continents at the lowest freight rates. The modular format also allows easy installation/dismantling for subsequent project redeployment needs.

With the great partnership of the manufacturing factory in Italy, Poland, China, India and Malaysia, every plant that is manufactured undergoes a stringent quality assurance test. Steel Structures are first sand blasted to remove all surface contaminants and are then subsequently fabricated into is various modular groups. After fabrication, a trial form-fit test is conducted to prevent any job-site modifications. A Jotun paint coat thickness of 150µm is added consisting of both Epoxy primer and Polyurethane coats. Steel Structure that have a high chance of corrosion are hot dipped galvanized to increase its service life. Lastly, as product reliability is a key factor in satisfying customer's expectations, LCT chooses only reliable components from leading European manufacturers such as Brevini, ABAC, Norgren, Watt Drive, etc.

LCT's product range comprises of both Stationary and Portable Mobile plants variants ranging from 18m³/hr to 400m³/hr. Different type of the Eurote's plants (MZ Horizontal Plant, ECO Plant, Portable Plant, SMART Plant, DRY Plant ECOTEC Plant) are served based on the demand and requirement of the client. LCT's plant are designed in any harsh environment. Whether if it's in a dessert in Abu Dhabi with 'scorching hot' climate conditions, extreme continental weather in Uzbekistan, or in an island like Diego Garcia where the environmental conditions are corrosive to steel structures, LCT can anticipate obstacles and provide cost effective solutions to our customers.
