Under its new name of Conesco Doka, the New Jersey, US-based company – with a workforce of around 150, and branches in Chicago, Atlanta and Baltimore – will service the US market for Doka.
Doka acquires US distribution subsidiary
Concluding a process that has been underway for some time, the Austrian formwork technology group, Doka, has now acquired a 100% share in Conesco Industries.
